"We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

"This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s our second year visiting, and we love it just as much as the first time. The staff is wonderful, and the whole atmosphere feels like home. I do miss the bikes they used to have, though."

"This was not our kind of place. Rooms were ok clean. We ended up not having a pet with us but for a pet hotel ok. A/c did not work properly in either room we were in. Floors were filthy in both rooms. Staff rude unless manager in office. Good location to many attractions. We do not recommend staying here."

"The location was close to our event. The price was good. The staff was nice. As a female, I would not have wanted to stay there by myself.The door had a big gap under it. The floor was vinyl and smelled of harsh chemicals. I had just taken a shower, walked across the room and my feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom vent was broken. The lower hinge on the bathroom door was held together by a wire, not a pin. The corners , in the bathroom had visible dirt. The shampoo was very...

"What a cozy spot. The pool was so warm and made the best afternoon spot for reading and relaxing. The space was super cute and cozy. Loved it! "

"Breakfasts were fine, but somewhat limited in options. Parking was extremely convenient, as we were able to park right outside the property every day we were there. Location was great. We were able to walk to great dining experiences and the park across the street was a great place to sit and chat. The top floor reading area was also a great place to relax."

We didn't get the promised text after check-in when our room was available, so we waiteduntil 3 even though it was ready early. The welcome drink was only an alchohol version, would have loved an NA version. The staff could have been friendlier."

"Parking was a little difficult and treacherous to carry luggage but there is a little drop off area on the side street we found much too late. "

"We were only able to stay for one night, but it made us sure we wanted to return!! Everything was beautifully thought through and the style is perfection. The staff was so attentive and offered suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Even the turn down service and chocolate at the end of the day was the perfect touch. We cannot wait to return! Oh, I nearly forgot..the sweet tea in the lobby sealed the deal ❤️"
