"Got the worst room Possible due to Expedia. Breakfast non existent the room was smelly and not a regular room view of parking lot I would never have booked and paid $289 which they told me they’d comp because I was so unhappy they didn’t comp me so lied about that. Would never stay there again. Beware and never stay in room 19 unless you need wheel chair access. Very very disappointed with hotel and Expedia"

"I stayed at the Milwaukie Inn for several weeks and had a great experience. The property was clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the staff was always friendly and professional. Any time I needed something, someone was available to help. The location is excellent. "This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. "The hotel is great, nice restaurant too. However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling. We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and it’s free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well. Staff was helpful....
