"The location was beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Hawaii and the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Might I suggest some hooks to hang towels and items in the room?"

"Room was clean, and everything worked great. TV size was large, shower temperature control was very good, and they cleaned it as requested. Pool was cleaned and water temperature was comfortable, noticed couple edges damaged, and “do not jump into pool” policy not enforced! Continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices including large size waffle machines available. "I have tried the property twice to see what people are giving it good reviews for. The rooms are extremely old, the furnishings are poor and there are no amenities. You have to pay for the Gym if you want to use it, the pool is sub par, it is not worth it. I would pay a little more and stay at the AC or another hotel in the future."

"Great hotel with great customer service. Got a roll away bed for an extra cost - the kids decided not to use the roll away. We mentioned it to the front desk staff at checkout and they didn’t charge us for the bed! Great valet service! Great location!"
