"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast and they kept it stocked and clean. Would have been a nice bonus to have a shuttle option. Some of the areas were dated and worn. I can’t say enough positive about all the staff we interacted with. I would return but hope there are some property upgrades in the meantime."

"Julien at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were there for the BTS world tour concert and needed an earlier check-in to get to the venue. We got there around noon and he asked us if we could come back at 1:30 to see if our room was ready. They got one ready for us and we were able to get to our concert. "We liked the set up of the room. The main reason for rating it 3 stars is the scent factor. When we entered the room, the scent was so strong that we left the door open for a bit to try and air the room out. I think it was probably the cleaning products but they left such an overpowering odor that we decided to head back out rather than relax in the room. Also, and this is on me for not doing my research, but there was no breakfast options. That is a hard way to start the day."
