"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. "Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. "Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. "Good value for the price. The kickback meals were a little plain, and not much variety but a nice addition to the stay, saving a meal out each evening, plus 3 small free drinks. Breakfast was standard Continental style - mass cooked scrambled egg, sausage patties, waffle maker, tiny muffins and one the of toast, bagel etc. A standard 3 star experience."
