"Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more.
