"Please add a quarter vending machine in the room it self. Making a guest who’s in the 3rd floor go down to the help desk for quarters is not convenient "

"Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room."

"I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. "

"Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. "Room was clean, staffs were helpful, love their pool, spacious parking, so far of all hotels we've been to their breakfast is my top. Love that they still have the microwave which lots of leading hotels remove from their rooms. "Good value for the price. The kickback meals were a little plain, and not much variety but a nice addition to the stay, saving a meal out each evening, plus 3 small free drinks. Breakfast was standard Continental style - mass cooked scrambled egg, sausage patties, waffle maker, tiny muffins and one the of toast, bagel etc. A standard 3 star experience."

"Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. "My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

"They don’t have breakfast, only coffee. Staircase filthy and the second floor smelled like fish and funky underarms. The towels are very very thin, the beds are very hard and the pillows were flat and tiny. We will never stay there again. The parking lot is very raggedy, pot holes and the location is bad. Teenagers were outside on the sidewalk by the parking lot talking about how easy it it to break into cars. "
