"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. "On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. "This is not what advertising. This is not 4star at all. Very very limited breakfast. Just basic things. Toiletries were inadequate. No toothpaste and other things. No house keeping service unless you are staying more than three nights (unbelievable). No room fridge, no hairdryer, no room extension in case you need to call reception.
