"There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours. Room was clean, but very basic. "Fantastic location and the room was very modern and clean. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was a bonus ! Would definitely reccomend and come back again !"
