"Super clean rooms. We actually moved from a different brand hotel to this one and we were very pleased after having a horrible experience at another hotel, which was not the same chain as this one. "

"I worked a 19 hour shift just to find my room had no hot water nor any front desk to talk to in the early morning hours, my room phone didn’t work either. I left a note requesting a late check out and luckily I woke up early because this hotel doesn’t offer late check out past 12. When I went to leave I let the front desk know and they didn’t seem to care, they just said thanks well let maintenance know. Terrible rooms and rude staff, I’ll never make the mistake of booking la Quinta again… "
