Location is perfect, right on the beach. Very accommodating with early check-in & checkout. The staff are all helpful & friendly. They really enjoy their jobs. Beautiful pool area & many amenities.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, and the staff were amazing!!! Everyone was very friendly and pro.pt with service needs. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also very pleased with the pool/bar area and the very large beach area which was immaculate!!!

This is a beautiful beach front hotel, friendly staff. The room is spacious, clean and with comfortable mattress and pillows. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Overall, is a great hotel to stay with family and friends. We highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful hotel. The beach and pool were great. However, the staff was lacking hospitality. The bartenders at 3030 Ocean were so incredibly rude and condescending when speaking to our group when ordering drinks/dinner. I have never experienced such awful service. My husband and I were servers for years, so we understand the industry and would never have treated customers this way. I want to express how amazing our server Rosa at Riva was every morning. Positives: Overall the resort was clean, rooms were nice, the property is right on the beach, and very pretty. There are lots of amenities included in the daily resort fee. The food was good. The pool was nice too. The Engine Room staff was amazing. The waitress, Rosa, at Riva was the best ever!!! Negatives: It’s difficult to use the included amenities. We signed up for yoga and the instructor never showed, the buffet breakfast we prepaid for isn’t always offered so you just pick one thing off the menu. The bar staff at 3030 Ocean were so rude and condescending with our group. Same for the staff at Sea-Level restaurant. They literally acted like our being there was a huge inconvenience.

Our go to hotel and destination. Our kids love the pool, beach, and amenities. Overall service is excellent. Restaurants are just okay, the menus could be improved. We like to venture outside for our meals, FLL is full of good restaurants.

The location was ideal, the resort was immaculate, loved the beach/chairs/umbrella and an amazing pool. The food on the beach and at the restaurants was delicious. The nightly entertainment at 3030 bar was outstanding!!

We spent 4th July here and was a wonderful resort, you have no reason to leave, the staff is attentive, hospitality is a 10plus, rooms clean, beds comfortable, they have amenities for all ages and if you have kids they really cater to them, the food was good and bars are everywhere were already booming for next year. The firework show for lauderdale could have done better we spent last year on Hollywood beach and their firework show was so much better but the hotel has nothing g to do with that. The hotel also offers a very nice 4th July celebration it is extra but very nice.

Hotel was nice. Well kept the staff was accommodating. Ultimately the only thing that I’ll say negative about the hotel was that the views that are not oceanfront or looking south at the pool are not very good.

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The staff was professional and well trained, and the location near the beach was excellent. Unfortunately, my checkout experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. When I reviewed my final bill, I discovered an additional $60 per day resort fee on top of the room rate I had originally booked. The explanation provided for this charge was vague, and the fee was not clearly reflected in the price that initially attracted me to the hotel. A mandatory $60 daily fee is significant and should be clearly and prominently disclosed before a guest completes a reservation—not discovered when reviewing the final bill. For this reason, I have to give the hotel zero points for pricing transparency. If this fee is mandatory, why isn’t it simply included in the advertised room price from the beginning? The hotel itself provided a pleasant experience, but unexpected charges like this leave guests feeling misled and can easily overshadow everything the property did well.
