The location is wonderful and the staff are amazing and friendly. The pool was also wonderful and you could see the ocean from it. The property is a bit dated but everything else makes up for it!

This is an amazing place. Very accessible to everything on the A1A for dinner options shopping options beach access across right across the street and parking in the rear. The room top deck the pool everything was amazing abs I highly recommend to stay here I know I’ll be back!!!!

This property was so much better than expected! We arrived late to be greeted by a security guard working in the pouring rain to help us with our bags, Rooms were huge and everything is walkable. We cannot wait to visit again!!

Retro hotel in excellent condition with mid modern furniture and nice artwork and lots of windows. Well furnished kitchen. Clean and warm pool. Across the street from promenade and nice beach. Friendly staff. Great neighborhood. Parking behind building. Intense road traffic Saturday.

Excellent location and the staff we so kind and helpful. Reasonable rates for this low frill yet comfortable and practical property. Ample parking, directly across from the beach and next door to so many restaurants. Took the free Fort Lauderdale micro mover everywhere!

The silver seas was great. It was tropical, exotic, welcoming, and economical. It was everything we could have asked for. Quiet and relaxing and centrally located to stores and restaurants. And directly across from from the beach. My wife and in-laws lived it and plan on returning. Just a wonderful place to stay.!!!

The location is AMAZING! The property looked a little old but didnt bother me much. The office closes after 5 and it seems as though if you need help after then they charge you for it.

Stayed here with a friend for a mom weekend getaway. The rooms are dated but for the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants, it’s such a great value. Our 1-bedroom suite included two queen beds and two full bathrooms, kitchen, and dining/living area. Perfect for us. Kind staff. Easy Uber to/from the airport. CVS is steps away for essentials, and the beach is across the street!

The property location was terrific and property manager was delightful and extremely helpful. We booked two rooms and as a result of a late return flight, wanted to stay a few more hours and enjoy the beach which was across the street. Was asked to move all of our items into one room and was given the time needed in the second room. We stayed till 3 PM, got the extra towels needed for us to shower and clean up. Plenty of parking spaces and free WIFI made it a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

excellet place to stay at silver seas resort. norma the manager is the best personally and any service you need. (THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RESORT BUT IF YOU EAT AT SEN^OR FROGS DO NOT TIP ITS ALREADY ON YOUR BILL!! THAT WHY SERVICE SUCKS THEY KNOW THEIR GETTI TIPPED NO MATTER SERVIICE SUCKED!!

Carlos, Norma, and Cinnamon in the office were extremely warm, professional and very accomodating for my teenage son and me during our 10 day stay. The room was awesome, with all the ammenities of home. Air conditioning in our "apartment" kept it icy cool as needed.The pool was beautiful, warm, and well maintained including regular cleaning of the very nice Kitchenaide gas grills by the pool. I can't give enough praise about this property and its wonderful staff. Its directly across from the beach and an an easy walk to surrounding restaurants, shops, and 24 hour CVS. We will DEFINITLY be returning!!!

Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!
