He did not greet us, did not assist with luggage and did not have a good attitude. One of the worst valet experiences I’ve encountered."

The receptionists were so kind to me when I checked in after a very long day, and the room was stunning from the views to the peaceful balcony. I didn’t want to leave. "Rooms were very clean (I am very particular with cleanliness). Staff was amazing and the little details were amazing. Dede took care of us and made my husband’s birthday special. The prices at the sister restaurants was also fair I think especially for the area which I loved. We came for a staycation and will definitely return!"

"Breakfast was typical bargain hotel faire, tasteless. Did not use the pool. The room was partially clean (the toilet and sink). The floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes! There was hair in the corners and I tracked it all over the place. The shower floor was dirty, if you can imagine! "The breakfast bistro was amazing, Denise was a sweetheart. Their breakfast selection was good even had some healthier options. Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready."
