"The hotel and staff were excellent. We were upgraded and were gifted complimentary breakfast vouchers every day. My ONLY complaint is that the in room coffee service was poorly maintained. By the final day of our 5 day stay, it was bare minimum. Other than that, we loved the Westin."

"The hotel was lovely. We worried about noise from Bourbon St, but we had a room on the courtyard looking down at the pool and it was very quiet. My friend used the heated saltwater pool every day. The only down sides were that we couldn’t open the windows, there was a loud vent fan in the bathroom that took a long time to go off and the light in the shower didn’t work. But I would definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in New Orleans."
