I just love the charm, friendliness of staff!! This was my 4th stay here!!! I usually travel solo. This hotel is wonderful. I usually go once a year. The French Quarter is amazing. Hotel St. Pierre is close to everything.

The staff was amazing. I was there for a wedding and I lost the backings to my earrings I had a staff member remove her earrings she sanitized her backings and she gave them to me. She saved me that evening her name is Kim Williams the maintenance manager. She was such a delight. My tv didn’t work and I wish they would have placed me closer to the office since I was alone. The French Quarters in general is spooky no matter where you stay. My restroom light turned off in its own the first night. I prayed and went in with it. The staff was amazing and very professional I would stay there again however not alone. The hotel is very close to everything.

Property was full of chipped and unpainted areas with exposed electrical in the rooms as well. No ice maker. Only 1 coffee area as advertised others around the property. And coffee carafe often empty.

This place is in the perfect position to enjoy all that Southern Decadence has to offer. The staff was incredibly sweet and always had a smile on their face. The only drawback was that facilities: a torn bedskirt, water stains on the wall from pipes, a bowed shower curtain rod that now bows down in the middle so the curtain doesn't stay closed, and no water pressure. This doesn't mean we wont stay here again. You have to be up for some rustic charm as some of these buildings are very old.

Very close walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The hotel allowed me late check out time of 3:30 pm for only $33 extra. Staff parked my car in their parking lot for safety for $49 per night (totally worth it). I would stay here again, if I'm ever in New Orleans.

This has to be the worst hotel in Nola, with the absolute worst customer service to those who booked them. I normally do not write reviews-but since they were extremely rude, made fun of us, and suggested we block parked cars to find parking people need to know. If you want terrible service, book here.

The pics online were not accurate of the room/property. The room and furniture were very old. We were charged a $10 amenities fee at check-in and $51 for parking, so be wary of the fees they choose to tag on.
