"The room they had us in was on the side by the pool the shower did not work very well the bed had bed bugs in it and I hope that I didn't carry any back into my car because they are extremely hard to get rid of and the door did not close all the way so this is the second time that I have stayed there and had a bad experience the first time I got there checking at 3:00 room wasn't ready I told wait 20 minutes later 20 minutes so when ready so I'll wait 10 minutes still wasn't ready and then told 15 minutes and then after that it still wasn't ready, the lady working the front desk went and cleaned it herself which took an additional 15 minutes. I didn't get to check in till after 4 and me and my disabled husband sat in our car for over an hour and a half and it was really hot that day. Then the curtain was broke so I fixed it the best I could so no one could see in and the sheets were dirty and didn't get changed. I asked for a refund for the first stay and the agent tried reaching out to the hotel several times and no one answered, so she sent them an email with everything and I have still yet to hear back from them about that and thenast night I have an even worse experience with bed bugs which is unacceptable"
"The place was nice on site but the management and their policies suck! I booked an extra night and then cancelled it but apparently there was a double booking i made - why expedia allows that I don't know or flags it. It went to a wrong email and I didn't know about the other booking. I didn't stay there and got charged. When I talked to expedia and front desk they said it happens and if expedia calls (which they did call the hotel manager) and says to reverse the charge they most likely will. So Expedia called and the manager would not reverse the charge knowing what had happened. They saw the double booking in error including the one cancelled so it would have been logical.... expecially after expedia called. Cheapskates and will not go there again or recommned them."
"The staff were nice when arrived. The pool was very nice. The room was dirty. You willl need shoes to walk around this room. Air worked. Breakfast was terrible! I left my very expensive headphones in room and we called twice about it. Once we asked for the manager and told they weren’t around. Please do not leave anything behind in this hotel. You will not get it back!"
