"Great area to stay in. Mount Pleasant is a 10 min to Daniels Island (tennis tournament), 15 to ocean and 10 min to Charleston. It was a 10 min drive to Shem Creek, love the restaurants in that area. Hotel was very clean, plenty of parking and nice staff. Room has a microwave and mini fridge. There wasn’t breakfast at this hotel but options in the area "

"Smells really good when you walk in. Clean hotel. Beds are too high. Water in shower cold Sunday morning. Location is good. Check in was smooth. "

"The room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job, polite and accommodating. Kreston was absolutely amazing to our family as we had a large group in town for a wedding. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. Breakfast is average. I did miss having an in room coffee maker and a closet but I understand that's the Tru concept."

"Everything was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We did have a very squeaky bathroom door in 419 . Also I didn’t care for the chime in elevator at each floor. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection. "

"Excellent location! Staff helpful. Would have appreciated the room being swept/vacuumed and dusted daily as there is a lot of sand coming in especially after a day at the beach. We spent 5 nights; sheets should have been changed after 3. Door to the room needs to be redone, needed a towel in front of the door to help with noise and light."

"I booked king bed room.Instead I got 2 queen beds.went to front desk they were fully booked and could not give me the room I booked.I am not sure if it was Expedia fault or hotels."

"The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!"

"So i enjoyed the property and my kids had a blast in the heated pool and cabana! The food was delicious and made timely. The hotel room is a lil snug but it was so pretty and danity. I did not like having to pay $3 to dry our swim wear due to the price of the hotel for the weekend, kinda feel drying items should be free. I did have to check my bill because i was charged for breakfast the morning of my check-in and i didnt check in until after 3. They did fix the error but i had to point it out...
