"The management and front desk people were very accommodated, respectful, helpful, and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible!!!! we will stay again and we highly recommend!!! The housekeepers were also amazing and took very good care of us!!!"
"The hotel and our room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Breia was the hostess for breakfast in the mornings this weekend. She was a breath of positive fresh air. She greeted everyone with a good morning, offered to get everyone refills and picked up our plates when we we finished. The breakfast buffet was the normal, waffles, eggs, yogurt, pastries, toast and bagels.. one morning there was biscuits and gravy that actually had sausage in it. The juice machine was working, which is a rare occasion anymore at the hotels that offer breakfast. They also had cereal, milk and strawberry or chocolate syrup for the kiddos milk. The pool was a perfect temperature and not crowded while we were there. The only downside is the steps are tall getting in and out of the pool and the floor at the bottom of the steps was slippery and sloped. Watch the little guys getting in. I could easily see someone slipping and going under withoutexpecting it. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel"
"The beds were comfy and everything in the room was clean. The only issue was a musty smell in our room and I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms. I was gonna ask to switch, but we weren’t there long enough so I just dealt with it cause I wasn’t sure if it was in the other rooms as well. That was room 139. There was a microwave and fridge, that came in handy. Breakfast was good and there was a little variety. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! And they don’t mention it on Hotels.com, but there is an indoor hot tub with the indoor pool, and they were nice. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel when I would stay again!"
