"Staff was great, room was clean, hotel was clean as well. There was some events going on in the area so breakfast was definitely crowded and so was the pool, but that's to be expected. Outside of that it was perfect for our girls trip! "

"The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. "

"Shower was broken, fridge doors were on backwards so hard to open. Breakfast was packets of oatmeal, granola bar and coffee. "

"The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning."

"Check-in was easy. Everyone was very friendly! the lobby, the restaurant was good! There was a Starbucks in the hotel that was clean and friendly. The lobby was clean, spacious and well kept! There’s a bar inside the lobby, bartender wasfriendly, great service. restaurants, shopping, and theater all within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again"

"The staff was very helpful. The building had issues with their key system and during my 4 day stay I never had a room key. They staff would have to let you in your room which meant I didn’t go out much because of the inconvenience. The website advertised an airport shuttle which is why I choose this hotel over the others and when I got to the airport I found out it had been discontinued some time ago. The “Suite Shop” where you would normally get a quick something to throw in the microwave after restaurant hours was not stocked at all. Not a single item was in the cooler. Lucky for me they had mac and cheese. The staff through it all was amazing. Never seemed bothered or burdened by needing to take you to your room or help with your bags."

"Clean, comfortable room. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Restaurant and rooftop bar both had good food and good service (and a pianist at dinner)."

"The staff welcome you with a bottle of water was so cool. My only issue is the breakfast didn't have variety of fruits. They serve only apples during my stay."
