"The only thing that I like about this pls e was checking out and the free airport transfer that was amazing. The driver was great. The checkout was smooth as well. The rest of my stay was terrible hotel staff was not accommodating, not helpful, I prepaid for my room and checking in still took over 20 minutes. The elevators were not working closest to my room so I had to walk very far with a lot of luggage and a puppy to get to and from the lobby. When I asked to get water sent to my room as it was a very long travel day for me and I arrived late had a brand new puppy with me and with the elevator being down I had hoped they could bring some to me and charge it to the room they wouldn’t. So I ordered food to my room then. So I could at heart get food and drinks that way. They then wouldn’t allow the driver up to my door. So my food sat without my knowledge. I ended up going down grabbing it. It was ice cold so I did not eat it as it was close to 1 am at that point. Terrible hospitality. But nice bed. No plug in bath tub though if you are a bath person. The lighting is terrible in the room as well one desk lamp and two tiny ones by the bed and one at the entrance when you first come in. Very dark rooms."
"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter.
Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters took for ever and did a poor job of toasting the bread."
"We booked the king suite with the jet tub and it was wonderful. The jets were incredibly clean as was the tub itself. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. Only thing that was lacking was that the showerhead needed to be descaled."
