Hotel is super nice and clean. Staff is polite and ready to help. Location is awesome, beach is literally across the street. Restaurant has a lot of options and breakfast is just the best I've ever seen in a restaurant.

No pool access

Extremely disappointed that they did not inform me at all that the swimming pool area would be closed during all of my stay. They did not offer any compensation for this lack of service, I still had to pay the full price. On top of this There was constant renovation noise and the noise insulation of the rooms is inexistent. The room fridge smelled bad, as if someone had peed in it.

El Sonata de Iracema es un lugar maravilloso ! El personal muy atento, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La comida exquisita y a muy buen precio. La habitación de lujo frente al mar muy congortable, completa, espaciosa; la cama y la ducha increíbles. El Hotel se encuentra dentro de la Orla, un lugar muy seguro para los turistas en todos los horarios, con control policial y cámaras de monitoreo las 24:horas. El paseo en las bicicletas que ofrece el Hotel por toda la ciclovía es súper recomendable. El café de la mañana muy completo. Un reconociendo especial a Juacir, quién nos atendió de manera cortés, con mucha alegría y cuidando cada detalle. Sin dudas volveríamos al Sonata. Felicidades por cuidar cada detalle para los huéspedes !
