"Nice big room overlooking the town square and the castle with a balcony, however when I entered there were hundreds of black flies around the windows that took a lot of getting of.
Food is nice and have eaten there before on many visits to Isle of Man, but first time staying.
I was somehow expecting to guess where the breakfast was served as it wasn't pointed out that it was separate to the main bar, but once there everything was fine.
Great location, car park is quite small, but there are alternatives nearby.
I would possibly stay again as the location is so good, but it wasn't great value if I was honest as one night was over £140..
It was nice, most of the staff were great and I can't be negative in general, but just little things spoilt the experience."
