"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. "Only thing was disappointing is clerk / male guy ( manager) told me I needed to place a credit card on file for room Which I paid for room in advance and that my card wasn’t going to be charged at all and I got a 40 dollar charge which resulted in my account a negative charge and when asked about charge he was leaving shift and thru. "This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable.
