"There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "

"This place is amazing! I stayed for 4 nights and loved every bit of it. The beds are very comfortable, the place is really neat with the jungle and plants set up. The kitchen is great! It had everything I needed. The place was very clean and the staff was professional and was great at communicating. German village is awesome and everything is walkable. I will be definitely be back! "Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House."

"The hotel was very clean, updated, convenient to many places, rooms were nice and spacious. We had an event at the convention center and it was the perfect location and cost half the price as staying right next to the convention center-a 5 minute commute if that. Will definitely use next year!"

"Check in is at 4pm! We didn’t get our room keys till 5:45pm! Hotel smells in the hallways. A/c units in the rooms are very old and LOUD. Hotel needs a major update for the rates they offer. They provided a courtesy breakfast after I complained about the delay in rooms. But it wasn’t being offered for the inconvenience. "
