"The hotel listing showed a bar, restaurant and 24 hour front desk. There were none of these. I received an email the night before our visit asking if we wanted a meal on our first night and I accepted . When we arrived we were told they couldn't do dinner as they weren't ready which was a suprise as I booked the hotel months ago.
