"Lovely hotel spread across a number of buildings near the seafront. Easily walkable to the beach. The rooms were lovely and the food in the restaurant was excellent "

"Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good.
The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay.
If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area.
Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."
"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around.
The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout.
Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left.
For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying to get ready.
We also had to phone to ask where to hot tub was, we were looking forward to relaxing in it, only to be told that it wasn’t being put out and they had taken it off the booking (it was done after we had booked and were not informed so it was a surprise).
Finally, parking isn’t available even though it said it was, we had to park a 10 min walk away in the train station, costing around £30 for the week with limited spaces.
There are also some minor repairs around the house that could do with attending to."
