"Basic motel, no frills. Room was clean, clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hot water, basic breakfast. And best of all? Was half the price of the chain hotels in the area. Hotel fills up at night, so obviously a popular overnight stop for folks passing through. Would absolutely stay there again."
"Didn't like:
1. Killing Roach crawling across the floor.
2. Broken toilet handle (had to lift toilet lid to flush.
3. Really loud a/c unit. (Sounded like a helicopter taking off.)
4. Raggedy living room chair. (Almost half the chairs 'pleather' was peeled off.
5. One of the burners on the stove did not work.
6. Almost feel twice while showering in the tub.
7. Had to get room keys re-done three times"
"BUGS!! Come for the room, stay for the bugs. Flies, roaches, crickets. Towels so thin and worn, I wouldn't even use them as rags.
No outside trash cans or in the laundry area. Overall, just a grimy, dirty feeling."
"The hotel provides continental breakfast and a member of our group wanted pancakes however the pancake making machine was out of order. A McDonald’s run for pancakes was made. There are no viable after hour food options for children such as microwave Mac n cheese, etc. We asked for a restock of towels on day 2 and garbage bags. We were told by a housekeeper (2nd floor) that we would receive them shortly. This did not happen. My spouse had to go to housekeeping to request and pick them up himself instead. It took a housekeeper 2 hours to clean a room on our floor. I timed her. The housekeeping supervisor identified gaps in the housekeepers workflow as they used their phones to speak to family at home or use social media instead of completing housekeeping tasks. Our daughter’s bathroom floor had cracked tiles in front of the toilet. This may have created an emergency for those who are barefoot.
All in all this was not an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations however, it could have been worse as the rooms were clean just a bit dated as the table and chairs in our suite were not a set. The chairs sat too low for the table."
"The room was okay. I wasn’t aware that they did not clean everyday. Usually they inform that there is an option for room service. The cable went out for a day. On the last day while packing to leave, we found a roach."
