"The room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. I had requested a crib in the room online, and it wasnt there when we checked in. We told the staff about the problem and within 5 minutes they brought one up for us. Amazing service and I will gladly stay here again when I visit Omaha."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through. "

"The clerk who signed me in was kind and friendly. Two people in party - 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels. My hair is to my waist and needs it own towel. No cups to the in room free coffee. There saw something dark and visible sticky on the front ot the left dresser, the tissue cover was rusty, and the floor nearby. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet."
