"Loved the hot tub and pool"

"Enjoyed my stay at Hampton inn in Rohnert park. Everyone was nice. Hotel was clean. Did not check out the amenities. Breakfast was not great The eggs, French toast and potatoes were cold, coffee wasn’t very good. Did not know I had to pay for parking. The people above me were running around at midnight."

"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. "Went here as a half way stop to bodega bay for my girl friends Mother’s Day weekend relax, and I firstly understood that as a cheaper hotel and the name “best value inn” I had little expectations, but I was still let down. "Breakfast warm & fresh. Parking safe. Problem with TV everytime we turned it on but temporarily corrected by front desk. On day 2 ran into maintenance man, Eric, that worked on it for a while & corrected issue. Stayed in handicapped room but no shelves, hooks or rods for towels or clothes. And, floor from bedroom to restroom was nit level causing a tripping hazard."
