"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Hakata station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children. The street in front is not busy, and there's plenty of space to park temporarily, half way onto the front of the property to unload/load. We stayed in room 102, in the DX Triple Room. In the only first floor room, I heard people coming out of the elevator, people checking in/out occasionally, but never heard any noise from above, though I'm unsure if there were any guests on the second floor.
