IHGがオペレーターだけにフロントやスタッフ、室内清掃などサービスは行き届いており、全く不満はありませんが、いかんせん設備というか建物そのものが古いため、廊下の音がうるさかったり、シャワーの水圧が弱かったり、あと部屋のソファーの表面のファブリックがぼろぼろで、これは取り替えの対象にはならない点がびっくりでした。
