"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "I loved this hotel which was set in a converted school, right next to a park. My room was on the top floor of the annexe. It was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Thw breakfast was delicious, although I wasn't too keen on the coffee. Bar service was superb, especially from the lovely Kavi. The only downside, for me, was the lack of USB sockets i. The room but this was easily sorted by borrowing an adaptor from reception. Great proximity to the Royal Albert Hall, just a no 9 bus ride away,...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! "Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...

"Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...
