"The best place we’ve stayed in when visiting Disneyland. From check in (June 6) to check out (June 8). The check in person was nice (same person checked us out too we forgot your name mister sorry). All the other staff were super nice too. The Bi-Level suite was amazing. Clean and spacious. The location is great, just a 15min easy walk to Disney. Overall amazing, we’ll definitely stay again! 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The staff was nice and helpful. The property however is in terrible need of an upgrade. It stunk of cigarette smoke. Our room felt dirty there were stains on the walls and carpet. The curtains were broken, there was broken glass on the carpet and the shower had mold on the ceiling. We stayed because it was close to Disneyland but it definitely wasn’t a pleasant experience. Had we not already paid so much for our trip and tickets we would’ve purchased another stay somewhere else."

"Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the two pools. The staff was friendly. The only thing that wasn’t good was room service; food was cold and not great but that comes from a restaurant next-door not the hotel. Definitely recommend this stay and plan to return."
