"My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things "

"The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice."

"You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....

"The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly)."

"Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper."

"This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to change rooms due to uncleanness. Overly stained carpet, rips and tears in the furnishings, poor dusting, stained towels. We were given another room with less stains on the carpet but still stained. Stains on the furnishings, bed frame full of dust, dingy stained towels, thank God I had brought my own. The microwave was filthy and full of dust on the outside. I was told I'd get another one, that didn't come until the day before leaving...

"The tub and sink were clogged up with hair and other stuff , the water in the tub was draining slowly, when I was taking a shower, and when i was brushing my teeth the water was not draining, it was nasty ."

"The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around..."
