"Extremely dissapointed in room described as kitchenette. It had sink, toaster coffee-maker, small (not mini) fridge & microwave. No silverware, plate nor stovetop (not even portable).No dish sopa or dish towels. Had to run water several minutes to get hot water for shower. Had to get staff to clean out tub drain after standing in soap /dirty water of shower. "

"I always choose this hotel when flying out of Richmond. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The breakfast was ok, sausage need to be cooked more and food was cold. Our driver to airport was very nice , thanks Karen. "

"My family and I stayed here for over a month while my husband was working in the area. We had a positive experience overall. Great staff! They were all helpful from housekeeping, maintenance, receptionist to manager. The room had everything we needed - little kitchen to make meals, toiletries, little helpful items such as mini dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. The lobby has free coffee and tea 24/7 which my husband and I loved! Another plus was the free laundry. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality from the entire staff during our stay. "

"The room was excellent. There was a huge communication error as we needed a ride from the airport to the hotel. The front desk staff member who answered the phone told me the white van would have Hilton Garden Inn on it and would be there in 5 or 10 minutes. After 45 minutes I called again and they said the van would be right there. Well the van that showed up had Airport Hotel Shuttle on it, and NOT Hilton Garden Inn. We made a reservation for the shuttle back to the airport and it was exactly on time."

"Clean room, breakfast was good, vanity light did not work and 2nd bed had a spring that popped when you sat down. Would stay again."

"My room was a non-smoking room and I found a half cigarette on the floor behind the nightstand. There was a large dime size or nickel size piece of fuzz or something and a long hair in the tile floor clearly missed or not inspected or not cleaned at all. The alarm clock was “on” and set to go off at midnight, a real pet peeve of mine that housekeepers do not check these and make sure the alarm is turned off. Just before midnight I heard what sounded like an alarm clock beeping in an adjacent room and continued through the night and morning. Maybe someone doing this for fun and games ? Really bad!"
