"An amazing hidden gem! A lovely setting, the pub was great with a huge beer garden and play area and the hotel was lovely and clean and VERY quiet - we didnt hear other people inside or out on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Beer garden was right outside our window and very busy with families and kids playing football but could not hear a peep in the room. Room also had air con but wasnt very good, and we used our Shark fan we had brought from home knowing it was a hot weather week. We ate in the pub for dinner on arrival and enjoyed their Curry night offer. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of local dining options nearby. Bus stop outside which is regular and takes you straight in to town and only 5 min walk away from the hotel. Plenty of parking and On site restaurant is available but no menu in the room which makes it difficult to consider room service. "

"We found the hotel to be very well placed for bars and restaurants and in a lovely setting overlooking the marina.The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.The room was very nice but the bathroom could benefit from an update,however was spotless.very good value for money.would definitely stay again."

"We travelled for one night with our dog we were made very welcome, the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and easy we had to sit in the bar area as we had our dog with us and was all so good we loved Lincoln as it was our first time there. We liked it so much we booked for another night. Ideal venue right near shops and the cathedral."
