The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Also night tables and reading lamps would be nice."

Mold in the shower, nasty beds, Dirty carpets etc. No working smoke detector, We complained to the host about this immediately, but no answer. Faint smell of urine, that was tried hidden with very heavy perfume. Only positive we can say is that it has a good location. We will NOT be back."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are huge - heated bathroom floors are a nice bonus. The spa area is amazing!!!! Breakfast is ample. The staff all around are fantastic-highly recommend this hotel. Also the location is perfect-right between the old town and the new area so it’s conveniently close to all the sites and restaurants. "
