The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. "The AC didn’t work and left us in a damp, hot room. I went to call the front desk and there was no room phone. There also was no holder for the TP, it was chilling on the counter."

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."
