Room was clean, but no housekeeping service during our 4 night stay. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and spacious. However the construction and landscaping noise starts early and be prepared for badgering from the timeshare sales staff. Walking distance to downtown and easy parking at hotel. Very nice! Lots of options for swimming and relaxing in jacuzzi. It had a gym and the 2 bedrooms was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Definitely would go back

My family travels a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. They were so accommodating, Sylver and Brittany downstairs were a huge help. Very clean, close to everything, hot tubs were an awesome bonus. Felt very cozy there. We rented a townhouse for the rest of the week for triple what we paid here, and wish we just stayed here instead!! Definitely will be back for sure !!!

Excellent stay! The room was beautiful and the staff was so helpful! After check in they send you to another staff member to get your key who will try to get you to attend a 90 minute session in hopes you will purchase a timeshare. We declined and they understood with no hassle. We were not bombarded with sales attempts and they were so respectful. The indoor water park was a blast and the staff communicates by text if you need anything. Several times I sent a text to the front desk and they responded immediately with whatever we needed, including booking us an extra night! Very satisfied and will come again.

Mostly excellent!

For the most part we loved the resort! There were a few things that could have been better. When we first got there at check in they sent me right over to someone to push a timeshare presentation on me. That is the last thing you want to deal with after traveling all day with kids! Then, there was no way to get to our room, or even the corridor to our room indoors, and it was snowing while we were there. The splash pad was very difficult to find and is a pretty good walk when it’s freezing outside. I actually had to get directions to it from the front desk because the signs didn’t help at all! The water in the splash pad is cold and there is no hot tub in that area. The hot water in the room also ran out extremely quickly! The bedroom in the condo would NOT heat up. I had to bundle up to sleep in there! Pros: Other than the bedroom not getting warm, the condo was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the jetted tub! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere!

Upon check in I was told outside travel sites (expedia) overbooked the hotel so I was downgraded to a 1 bedroom with 5 people. It was supposed to be a two bedroom. I was disappointed to say the least and feel a partial refund is in order as I paid the price of a two bedroom suite.
