"Easy to check in remotely. It was located next to a lot of restaurants and a nice park that we were able to walk to. Angelica, the property manager was so helpful! She provided me with great information on how to check in and use keys to get into the building. "

"This hotel is a gem! The front desk help was amazing and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The free breakfast was wonderful and so is the daily happy hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence."

"Very convenient to get a bus to Florence historic city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Entrance outside the hotel does not look nice. The Front desk area is okay. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is good. Not special. This hotel did not meet my expectations. "

"Easily walkable to sights and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast."

"My only thing I would say is no where on the check in instructions does it say to check in across the street. Loved the breakfast. Fast cab service to hotel. Nice people at desk and the lady setting up breakfast was very pleasant. "
