"Don’t stay here if you want to sleep. I was putting in a room surrounded by rooms that had people that were drunk and had been at a wedding earlier. They were so incredibly loud in their rooms and hallway and didn’t stop their obnoxious behavior until 4:00 AM the following night the guy had a TV on till two in the morning and the way the place is built. It was as if the TV was in my room .My room was very clean but I won’t stay here again because I’d like to be able to sleep."

"We checked in and went to our room and it was a king room. There were 4 of us. Room was reassigned to 2 queen beds with ada bath. Ada bath was a tub with 3 grab bars randomly placed. Toilet was extra low with no grab bars at all. I was unable to use it at all. The housekeeping staff was the best! Breakfast was cooked to order and good"

"Was about to pre book a room last night and got there and no one was at front desk. Waited patiently given the sign that someone “stepped away”. I know it was late so I waited. Then called front desk number and it just ran multiple times . Knocked on office door and no answer. Waited in lobby for extended period of time with no front desk person. Had I done a nonrefundable booking, I wouldn’t have been able to get in my room. Was surprised by this service. Had to leave and go down to the LaQuinta Inn that had staff fully available."
