Nice place but TV is a big issue.

Decent size rooms, quite clean but TV was a big issue as only a few French channels were streaming. They should disclose this on their adverts.

Hotel is right at a tram stop making it easy and accessible from the train station. It was a quieter area with very few other hotels in notice but we could easily tram with the free guest card / walk to nearby locations with better density of cafes and restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious and also had a kitchenette situation. The air cooler unit was fairly loud and took some getting used to sleep with. And when we first walked in, the smell in the room wasn’t nice. It cleared up by the next time we came back to the room (after half a day). I presume it was from the wet floor that looked like it had just been mopped. Check in was smooth and staff were helpful in English. One of them even helped me plan a trip to a nearby French village.

Amazing hotel with easy to commute since the hotel is located right opposite to the bus station. Clean and spacious room The only negative would be instead of a cooler an AC would be more comfortable.

Good location

It was a perfect location, a 20minutes walk to the city center, free public transportation, dog allowed, mini kitchen was very pratical and with the parking for CHF 15 per day was good.

Great location and service

Good service. Great location, public transportation right outside, walking distance to Old Town in the north, and Carouge in the south. The only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn’t central, but local. Meaning they have installed a big AC machine in the room which is loud, when you turn it on. They are aware and working on a central solution. We learned to live with it and really enjoyed our stay.

Great option at an affordable price

Clean, convenient and in a walkable location in town. The hotel gives free public transport passes for the duration of your stay so a car (which would not be convenient in town) is not necessary. Small kitchen area was very useful.

Pictures look better than reality. Staff was friendly, but the room was cheaply renovated. The ac was a independent unit, lots of noise, not so much cold air. Sheets had pink stains. Parkingplace was behind rhe hotel, I had to get something from the car, did not feel completely safe.

The check in closed early, and the check in machine was broken. The phone number did not work, which was the alternative. Had to use the emergency phone beyond the lobby but that was not obvious. Once I used this phone, the man who answered and came with our key was very prompt and polite though.

El hotel esta ubicado justo en la parada Acacias del tram y así estas muy bien conectado a la ciudad. Super cerca del centro. La habitación es como en fotos, con cocina, coffee corner, baño limpio y camas cómodas. El personal de la recepción muy gentil y ademas te dan el ticket de los transportes gratis. Muy recomendado este hotel.

中に小さいキッチンがあること、そのキッチンにある程度の食器が揃っていることでとても便利でした。スイスは物価が高く毎回外食は厳しかったため、軽い調理ならできるようなレジデンスは助かります。また、路面電車から降りてすぐだったので交通がとても便利だったので、大きいスーツケースでの移動も大丈夫でした。また、スタッフもとても親切です。
