"Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels."

The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub.
