"The rooms were clean, the staff were okay, the breakfast was not the worst, but it did get very crowded on the weekend. The location was excellent if you're doing business in and around Georgetown. The price is also excellent, and I got great value for money. It is not a luxury property, so don't expect that. But it is very comfortable and a great value."
"On April 7th I checked into the hotel. Upon arrival I paid with my credit card for the stay until April 10 total 89340 Guyana dollars, the receipt number is 7610. That same day I checked in the Manager came into my unit 101 with two glasses full of alcohol and she put a tablet in the glass saying that it will cool my skin. I passed out for a long time but my money was missing 1000 USD when I woke up. I continued my stay until my family picked me up. That money was for the orphanage I grew up in. I came back home on April 13th and I still feel sick. I request a refund for my stay there and for the money missing. April 24 the manager contacted me in Canada asking if I was sick. I told her I was still sick. She my got number from the private information in the hotel. This is a misconduct of private customer information. I did not enjoy my stay here and won't be coming back. "
"I did not like there was no one to assist with luggage to rooms. Room needs to be upgraded. There were times no hot water. Breakfast was great. Dinner was boring, something every night."
