"Booked this hotel for a trip to see a game at Mercedes Benz—based on several of the reviews I read after booking I was expecting the hotel to be dilapidated and in a bad area. My experience was anything but. First off, the hotel is an excellent location downtown, with plenty of security/lighting/hotel employees in front of the entrance at all hours. Is the surrounding area of the hotel a place I’d spend loitering alone for hours at 2am? Probably not. But I’m not in Atlanta to loiter the streets of Downtown at 2am, I’m in town for a sporting event. At no point did any aspect of walking to and from the hotel during the trip, including at midnight, feel unsafe whatsoever. The hotel did not feel dated, in fact our room was very nice. The hotel was clean, the view from 50 floors up overlooking the Atlanta skyline was incredible, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The gym was nice. "

"I had a late flight into Atlanta and when i called ahead and spoke to Margaret at the front desk, she was incredibly acomadating - considering i checked in at almost 2:00 AM! The hotel does look a little older but the staff was amazong. Will defintwey stay again when I come back o this area for work. "

" I recently stayed at The Connally Hotel, and while my experience started off with a few challenges especially with the Wi-Fi on the upper floors. I have to say the staff really turned things around. The hospitality here is what truly stands out. The team was attentive, patient, and willing to help resolve the issues I brought up. Once everything was addressed, my stay became much more comfortable. I especially want to give a big shout‑out to Tamika, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Every hotel has its hiccups, but what matters most is how the staff responds, and in that area The Connally really delivered.
