"Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning."

"The property was clean, which was important. There were plenty of places to plug things in, but several didn't work. We were also a little concerned that there wasn't a second, back-up lock on the door."

"Do not stay do not book. Thought initially upon arrival how bad can it be. It was that bad and worse. Booked 2 rooms for my family. First one was full of mold and smelled like dead fish. Other room smelled like they had just put out a cigarette and had mold. Offered another room and it smelled like maijuana and cigarettes with stains all over the linens. Refused to accept either and manager refused to issue a refund. Got hotels.com involved and was able to get it rectified."
