"After a long drive, I was looking forward to a rest, but that was impossible. The room was dirty, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable—the mattress felt like it belonged in the last century. While the bathroom looked recently renovated, it didn't make up for the overall poor quality, especially with a broken mirror in it. To make matters worse, the heater didn't work and just blew cold air, leaving me freezing all night. The "blanket" provided was barely thicker than a bedsheet. Even tried...

"The air conditioner was noisy and kept waking me up all night long. Also had to answer more info to another company inoder for the security deposit. Expedia should handle the money portion of the transaction "

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "
