"The hotel check-in was really welcoming with easy check-in. The room was really clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful providing me with information about Berlin, a good map with and how to use the transit systems i.e. buy a 24hr pass (which I did!). The staff also helped locate a kettle for me so I could make a drink in my room. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Vi havde ikke nogen god oplevelse af lejligheden i pankow. Egentlig var lejligheden flot, men på samme tid var der problemer med lejlighedens effekter som badeværelse og opvaskemaskine. Mest grænseoverskridende var det, at vi oplevede skadedyr i køkkenet under opholdet, og selvom ejeren reagerede øjeblikkeligt, var vores oplevelse ødelagt. Vi klagede og fik opsagt lejemålet med dags varsel, men vi kører pt en klagesag over det døgn, vi allerede havde betalt for. Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt!"

"The neighborhood was empty. There was nothing to do. HOWEVER it is right to the s-bahn and it makes it really easy and fast to get to the center. For the price of the room and the comfort of the hostel, the neighborhood can be over looked. It was a great hostel and a great stay."
