"I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated. I had a delicious meal at 5 Sails where Will waited on me with courtesy and professionalism. The meal was excellent, part of the Dine Out Vancouver extravaganza.
