"There was a hole in the ceiling in the hallway with a ladder and fan blowing up the hole. The tub was cracked and weak to stand on. The walls were so thin we could hear somebody’s tv on all night. The air conditioner went on and off but never cooled down the room. The breakfast muffins and sweet rolls tasted stale."

Elevator was out of order, men's room out of order, pool out of order, water from drinking fountain was hot and multiple other things were out of order. Looks like it used to be a great motel before the new management took it over."

"This place is on its last leg. Paint chipping in the bath tub, little hairs in the tub before we even used it, broken bed frames, a/c broken, electrical outlets not safely flush with the wall, unfriendly staff upset when we asked for clean towels when we only got 2 towels to start with and had 5 of us in the room. Lots of stains on the carpet, black mold in the bathroom. My sister’s room on the second floor the railing was broke where a child could fall through it. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool it was so dirty. Used flossers and trash all over the hotel. Never got offered room service or trash taken out of room. There was one front desk lady who was nice otherwise all the other staff seemed to hate their job and did not have great costumer service. We definitely won’t stay here next time we come to Gillette unless they did some updates, cleaning and friendlier, more professional staff."
